1/2 cup Coriander leave
4-5 Garlic Clove

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Cumin
2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
3-4 Green Chilli
1/2 cup Water
Direction for Katori:
In a bowl, add Maida, salt, carom seeds, cooking oil and mix it.
now knead a dough by gradually adding water in it. now take a small ball and roll it in a dish place a small sliver bowl over a dough and stick it with the bowl.
prick the dough with the fork.
fry it on medium flame until golden brown.
Direction for Green Chatni:
In a Blender, add mint, fresh coriander, garlic, salt, lemon juice, cumin, red chili powder, green chillies, water and blend it well.

in a fried Katori fill it with potatoes, white chickpeas, salt, red chili crushed, onion, tomtao, chaat masala, yogurt, tamarind sauce, green chatni and Sev.
