Kabab with Creamy Coconut Curry Recipe

Ingredients


  • For the Kebabs
  • 400 g of K&N’s kafta kabab
  • For the Curry
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 Green Chilli deseeded and sliced lengthwise
  • 5 Curry leaves
  • 5 tomato puree
  • ½ tsp ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp ground Coriander
  • ¾ tsp ground Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Water (as needed)
  • 1 Lime quartered
  • Fresh Coriander leaves
  • Lemon-Scented Basmati Rice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 cups water
  • 1½ cups basmati rice
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • To Serve
  • 8 lime wedges
  • 8 fresh cilantro sprigs


Instructions For the Kebabs

Prepare K&N's Kafta Kabab as per the instructions on the pack

Instruction For the Curry

In a large sauté pan over medium heat,heat the oil and cook onion until lightly browned.
Add garlic paste, green chilli and curry leaves and stir through.
Add tomatoes and the rest of the spices and cook for about 5 to 10 mins over medium heat.
Stir through the coconut milk and cook rapidly over medium high heat until the sauce thickens.
Add water as needed if you feel the need to thin out the sauce.
Add the prepared K&N’s Kafta Kabab to the sauce and stir to coat well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
Serve with lime wedges.

To make the Lemongrass Scented Basmati Rice

Heat a sauce pot with the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and ginger and cook for 30 seconds, or just until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon zest, salt and cumin for 1-2 minutes. Now add soaked rice,water and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Now add lemon slices and tightly cover the pot with a
lid, lower the heat to a simmer and cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.

Mansaf

Ingredients for Mutton Stock:


  • 1 Kg Mutton
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Onion (medium)
  • 3 Garlic (sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • Water as Needed


Ingredients for Yogurt Mixture:

  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 3 cup Yogurt
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric 
  • 1-1/2 cups Mutton Stock
  • 1 Kg Boiled Mutton

Ingredients for Rice:

  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • ½ Cup Almond (peeled & Slice)
  • 700g Guard Ultimate Rice
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 3 Cup Hot Water

Direction for Mutton Stock:

  1. In a cooking pan, add onion, garlic, mutton, garam masala, salt, water and cook for a while.
  2. Now remove the foam then cover and cook it for 25-30 Minutes
  3. After that separate mutton stock and mutton.

Direction for Yogurt Mixture:

  1. In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, garlic paste, yogurt, turmeric and cook for a while.
  2. Now, add mutton stock, mutton and cover it for 20 minutes on low medium flame.
  3. After that separate mutton and yogurt mixture.

Direction for Rice:

  1. In a cooking pot, add butter and melt it then add almond and fry it.
  2. Now, let the almond out from the pot and add soaked rice in it
  3. After that, add cumin powder, cardamom powder, salt, hot water and cook until water is evaporated
  4. Then steam for 10 minutes on low flame.

How to serve:

  1. Place the chapati on a plate and then drizzle the yogurt mixture and then add some cooked rice on it now place the mutton on it and garnish with the fried almonds
  2. and fresh coriander.

Chicken Shashlik With Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken Shashlik With Gravy Recipe
  • 400 gm K&N’s Tender Pops
  • 1 K&N’s Chicken STOK
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red Chili Crushed ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper, Crushed ½ tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1 Cup, diced (large)
  • Onion 1 medium, diced (large)
  • Tomato 1 medium, diced (large)
  • Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili Garlic Sauce 1tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Corn Flour 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup


Method

  1. Heat the oil in the pan. Add ginger & garlic paste, salt, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, tomato paste, chilli sauce and stir well
  2. Add the water and K&N’s STOK, and bring it to the boil.
  3. Turm the flame to medium and now put the capsicum, onion, tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the corn flour (mixed with water), and stir. Now put the prepared K&N’s Tender Pops and mix well in the gravy.
  5. Serve Hot with the white rice.

Wings with Lemon Sauce

Ingredients


  • 425g K&N's Combo Wings
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/2 tbsp White chili powder
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • Cooking Oil (As Needed)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 cube K&N's Stok
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 Lemon (For Lemon zest)
  • 1/2 cup Water



Directions:

  1. Prepare the K&N's Combo Wings as per the instructions on the pack.
  2. Now In a pan, add cooking oil (2 tbsp), ginger garlic paste, chili sauce, salt, white pepper powder (1/2 tbsp), lemon juice, Lemon Zest, sugar, 1/2 cup of water, K&N's Stok and cook it for a 4-5 minutes.
  3. Now add corn flour mixed with water while stirring. Cook it again for a minute.
  4. Now add and mix the fried K&N’s Combo Wings in it and cook it for more 2 minutes.
  5. Your tasty lemon chicken is ready

Greek Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients


  • 150gm K&N’s Smoked Breast Fillet
  • 2 cups penne
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 150gm cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 150 gm cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pitted olives, halved
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley, for serving


Direction

  1. Prepare the K&N’s Smoked Breast Fillet Strips as per the instructions on the pack
  2. Take a pan and add cooking oil and garlic minced. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute. Add milk, cream, cheddar cheese and butter.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheeses have melted. Stir in lemon juice and zest then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes and cucumber. Toss until evenly combined.
  5. Add Smoked Breast Fillet Strips and pitted olives, and mix well.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Shahi Tukray Recipe

Ingredients for frying bread slices:


  • Rafhan Corn Oil (As required)
  • 4 Bread Slices


Ingredients for Milk Mixture:

  • 1 liter milk
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp Rafhan Vanilla Custard (mixed with milk)
  • ¼ tsp saffron
  • 1 cup cream

Ingredients for Shahi Tukray:

  • Milk mixture (already prepared)
  • Fried bread slices (As required)

Directions for Frying bread slices:

  1. Add Rafhan corn oil in a pan
  2. Now add 4 bread slices and fry until they changed into golden brown (you can increase the quantity of bread slices according to your need)
  3. Fried bread slices are ready for making shahi tukray

Directions for Milk Mixture :

  1. Take a cooking pan
  2. Then add milk, cardamom powder, condensed milk in this pan
  3. Add rafhan vanilla custard (mixed in milk) gradually & keep stirring
  4. Add saffron & cream
  5. Milk mixture is ready

Directions for Shahi Tukray:

  1. Spread the prepared milk mixture on fried bread slices
  2. Add topping with the help of crushed dry fruits & some rose petals
  3. Sweet Shahi tukray are ready to serve

Ingredients for Mince Filling:


  • 4 tbsp Rafhan corn oil
  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
  • 1 large sized onion (chopped)
  • 1 kg beef mince
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 4 medium tomatoes ( for tomato puree)
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • Fresh coriander (As needed)
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil leaves (As needed)


Ingredients for Lasagna Sheets:

  • Water (As needed)
  • 2 tbsp Rafhan Corn oil
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 12 lasagna sheets

Ingredients for white sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt/according to taste

Ingredients for Assembling:

  • ¾ cup pasta sauce
  • Boiled Lasagna sheets
  • Mince Filling (Already prepared)
  • White sauce (Already prepared)
  • 2 cups cheddar & mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 black olives
  • Bell peppers (As needed)

Directions for Mince Filling:

  1. Take a cooking, pan, then add rafhan corn oil, garlic, onion, beef mince, salt, red chili powder, fennel seeds, garlic powder, black peppers, red chili
  2. flakes, tomato puree, tomato paste, green coriander, oregano, basil leaves (crushed)
  3. Cook it for 18-20 minutes, Mince filling is ready

Directions for Boiling Lasagna Sheets:

  1. Add water in a cooking pan
  2. Then add Rafhan corn oil, salt, lasagna sheets and boil
  3. Boiled Lasagna sheets are ready

Directions for white sauce:

  1. Add butter and Maids in a cooking pan
  2. Cook for a while then add milk, black pepper powder, salt
  3. Cook it well
  4. White sauce is ready

Directions for Assembling:

  1. Take a square shape bowl
  2. Apply pasta sauce with the help of a brush
  3. Put boiled lasagna sheets inside this bowl
  4. Apply pasta sauce on these boiled lasagna sheets
  5. Spread the mince filling & pour the white sauce on this mince filling
  6. Spread cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese
  7. Cover it with boiled pasta sheets and repeat the process by adding mince filling, white sauce, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese.
  8. Spread some black olives & Bell peppers as for completing decoration
  9. Beef lasagna is ready
  10. Now bake 10-12 minutes at 190°C

Stir Fry Chicken with Vegetables

330gm K&N's Chicken Tempura


  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 cup broccoli, cut into pieces (Boiled)
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 1 large bell pepper (Diced cut)
  • 1/2 cup carrot ( cut)
  • 1/2 tablespoons cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 K&N's Stok
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1/2 Onions (Diced cut)
  • 2 green onions chooped


Prepare K&N's Chicken Tempura as per the instruction on the pack.

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat; cook and stir carrot, broccoli and peas for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add ½ cup of water and K&N’s stok cube and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes. Transfer vegetables and sauce to a large bowl.
  2. Take a pan, add oil over medium-high heat stir in garlic, onion, bell pepper for 1 to 2 minutes then add stir vegetables (step 2). Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup , vinegar and prepared K&N’s Chicken Tempura, and stir for another minute. Sprinkle with green onions.

Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients for Marinating chicken pieces:


  • 4 chicken pieces
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp paprika powder
  • salt for the taste
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder

Ingredients for Chicken Broast:

  • 5 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • prepared chicken pieces (As Needed)
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • Salt (As needed for the taste)

Instructions for Marinating Chicken pieces:

  1. Take a chicken piece & prick it gently
  2. Then add lemon juice, oil, ginger powder, garlic powder, cinnamon powder, paprika powder, salt, garam masala, cardamom powder, marinate well & leave it for 4-6 hours

Instructions for Chicken Brost:

  1. Add Maida and corn flour in a bowl, mix it well, Maida & corn flour mixture is ready
  2. whisk 2 eggs in a bowl & prepare egg mixture
  3. Dip the chicken pieces into egg mixture, then coat it well with maida & corn flour mixture
  4. Add corn flakes in Maida & corn flour mixture
  5. Then add paprika powder & salt
  6. Again coat the chicken pieces with Maida & corn flour mixture
  7. Dip in the egg mixture
  8. Put this chicken piece into metallic colander & fry in hot oil for 10-15 minutes

Spicy Chicken Tortilla Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients


  • 150g K&N’s Smoked Breast fillet
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp or to taste salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander chopped
  • ½ cup green onion white and green parts, chopped
  • ½ cup cucumber (cooped)
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeno
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 cup red cabbage
  • ½ cup black olives
  • 6-8 large flour tortillas

Cooking Directions:

  1. Prepare K&N’s smoked breast fillet as per the instructions on the pack and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh coriander, salt, red chili powder, cumin, garlic, Jalapeno
  3. and red chili crushed. Mix together until well combined.
  4. Lay out tortillas and layer the pasta sauce evenly then divide cheese mixture evenly in the center of each one. Spread the filling into a thin layer leaving
  5. a 1/2-inch border around the edges. sprinkle some red cabbage, black olives and K&N’s Smoked Breast fillet stripes Roll each tortilla tightly.
  6. Use a sharp knife to cut into 1-inch thick slices and transfer to a serving platter.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve

  1. Rice Croquette

Ingredients for Rice Croquette:

  • 1 cup rice (boiled leftover rice)
  • ½ cup chicken (boiled & shredded)
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 Eggs (well beaten)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (for coating)
  • Oil (As Needed for frying)



Ingredients for Instant Fried rice:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup onions (Chopped)
  • ½ cup carrots (chopped)
  • ½ cup Bell Pepper (Chopped)
  • ½ cup chicken (boiled & shredded)
  • Salt (As needed for the taste)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 500 gm leftover rice (boiled)

Instructions for Rice Croquettes:

  • Take a bowl, then add boiled leftover rice, boiled Shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, then mix well
  • Now apply some oil at the hands them make small croquettes from this prepared mixture
  • Coat them with 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • Put these croquettes into a metallic sieve then deep fry in oil until they changed into

Golden brown

  1. Rice Croquettes are ready

  • 700 gm Guard Supreme Basmati Rice

  • 12-15 pieces Almonds
  • 1 cup Fried Onions
  • Water (As needed)


Ingredients for Marination:


  • 1 kg Mutton
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 & ½ tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup yogurt

Ingredients for boiling Rice:


  • Water (As needed)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Whole spices
  • ½ tbsp cumin
  • 700 gm guard supreme rice (Already soaked)

Ingredients for Mutton:


  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Marinated Mutton (already prepared)
  • 1 tbsp whole spices
  • ½ tbsp cumin
  • Prepared Onion Paste
  • 1 Large Tomato (chopped)
  • ½ cup water

Ingredients for Assembling: 


  • cooked mutton
  • Guard supreme rice
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 tsp kewra water
  • 1 tsp yellow food color
  • 1 tsp saffron milk
  • Salad, raita (Optional & as needed)

Directions for Rice:


  1. Add water in a bowl, soak the rice in this water for 22-25 minutes
  2. Set aside

Directions for Onion Paste:


  1. Combine the Almonds, fried onions, water, in a blender mixer & blend it well until you’ll got a thick & smooth paste
  2. Onion paste is ready

Directions for Marination:


  1. Add mutton, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, yogurt in a bowl & marinate for 1 hour

Directions for boiling the Rice:


  1. Add water in a cooking pan, then add cooking oil, vinegar, whole spices, cumin, guard supreme basmati rice, & boil until the water absorbed

Directions for Mutton:


  1. Take a cooking pan, then add oil & marinated mutton
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes
  3. Then add garam masala, cumin, onion paste, chopped tomato, water & cook for 20-25 minutes again
  4. Mutton is ready

Assembling:


  1. Add cooked mutton in a cooking pan, then add boiled rice
  2. Spread the fried onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, & cooked mutton over it
  3. Cover it by spreading the rice layer over it
  4. Spread fried onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, again in last
  5. Now add kewra water, yellow food color, saffron milk, & cook it for 7-8 minutes
  6. Serve with raita & salad

Ingredients for Chicken Marinate:


  • 500g Chicken(Boneless)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • ½ Tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Cream

Ingredients for Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Rafhan Corn Oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Sauce
  • ½ Tsp White Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili flakes
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • ¼ cup Water

Shashlik Vegetables

  • 1 large Bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 large Onion

Direction for Chicken Marinate:

  1. Take a bowl and combine Chicken(Boneless), Ginger Garlic Paste, Soy Sauce, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Coriander powder, Vinegar ,Cumin Powder, Cream and

Omurice (Omelette Rice) Recipe

Ingredients


  • ½ onion
  • 400gm K&N’s Smoked Breast Fillet
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup frozen mixed vegetables (defrosted)
  • salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1½ cups cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup (and more for decoration)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

For omelette:

  • 2 large egg (separated)
  • 2 Tbsp milk (separated)
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (separated)
  • 6 Tbsp sharp cheddar cheese (or any kind)

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onion until softened.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare the K&N’s Smoked Breast Fillet Strips as per the instructions on the pack
  4. Add the boiled rice, prepared Smoked Breast Fillet Strips in the pan.
  5. Add ketchup and soy sauce and combine everything evenly with a spatula. Transfer the fried rice to a plate and wash the pan.
  6. Make the omelette one at a time. Whisk 1 egg and 1 Tbsp milk, white pepper, salt in a small bowl.
  7. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in the pan over medium high heat (make sure the surface of the pan is nicely coated with oil).

Ingredients


  • 400 g K&N’s Kafta Kabab
  • 3 cups boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 bayleaf
  • 2 black cardamom
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp crushed cumin
  • 2 tbsp roasted cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 nutmeg-ground
  • 1/4 tsp saffron mixed with 1 Tbsp milk
  • 2 Tbsp pure ghee
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup chopped mint and coriander leaves
  • 6-7 green chili
  • 1 tsp kewra kater
  • ½ tsp yellow color

Directions

  1. Cook basmati rice in more than enough water with little salt, till just 3/4 done. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Prepare K&N's Kafta Kabab as per the instructions on the pack. Add the prepared kebabs to the prepared masala and stir to coat well.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan, add cloves, black cardamoms, green cardamoms, cinnamon, bay leaf, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, crushed cumin , coriander powder and cook for a while now add
  4. yogurt. Now cook it for more 2-3 minutes and add prepared K&N's Kafta Kabab and cook it 1-2 minutes in the gravy.
  5. Now in a bowl take ½ cup of boiled rice add saffron mixed with milk, yellow color and mix well.

  8. Over the gravy add 1 ½ cups of white boiled rice, coriander, mint leaves and green chilis
  9. Put another layer of kababs gravy with the topping of ½ cup white boiled rice , 1 cup yellow colored rice with coriander, mint leaves, green chilis, cashew nuts and kewra water .
  10. Shut the pot tightly. Cook on a low fire for a 8 -10 minutes.

  • Potato filling (as Needed)
  • Water (As Needed)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 400 gm K&N's Kafta Kabab

Directions Dough

  1. Add maida, salt, oil/ghee, curd, sugar, yeast,water and mix well, knead it for 4-5 minutes, and then make semi stiff dough.
  2. Apply little oil, cover the dough and place it in a warm place for 30-35 minutes or till double.

Stuffing

  1. Take another bowl, add mashed potatoes, salt, garam masala, pomegranate seeds, fresh coriander leaves, lemon juice, onions, green chilies, chaat Masala, red chili powder,

Process

  1. Take the prepared dough, punch it down and knead it again for 2 minutes.
  2. Now divide the dough into 4-8 balls.

  5. Dust the ball into the flour, flatter with using fingers, and then roll it like a paratha.

  4. Place the tray into the oven and then bake it for 10-12 minutes on 180 temperature.
